She is survived by: her husband Matthew Belcher Jr.; her parent Rebecca Hamelton Schaepe; her children, Mary Smarkusky, Teresa Flasher, Donald Belcher and Timothy Belcher; and her sisters, Margaret Johnson and Paula Osborne. She is also survived by grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
