She was predeceased by: her husband Robert H. Hummel. She is survived by: her daughter Terry Cooper; her son-in-law Jim Cooper of Springville; her grandson Bradley Mitchell of Columbia, SC; her friend David Carlson; her great grandchildren, Terri Cooper and Olivia Cooper; and her siblings, Barbara Charles of Montrose, Janet Orlowski of Sayre and Robert Millard of Montrose. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
