He was predeceased by: his wife Sallie Theresa Francke Kolick; and his parents, Emil J. Kolick and Eva Marie Uszkiewicz-Kolick. He is survived by: his children, Amy Kolleen Reilly Krohn (Edward) of Horsham, Kristine Theresa Bradley (Barry) of Perkasie and Emil "Jay" Kolick (Matthew) of Phoenixville; his grandchildren, Brandon, Brianna and Brittney; his brother James (Eileen) of Tobyhanna; and his nephew Daniel.
