He was predeceased by: his parent Roy Otto; his siblings, Louise Livengood and Lynn R. "Ace" Otto; and his son-in-law Craig Barron. He is survived by: his parent Melda Otto (Maust); his wife Kathleen Otto (Kohler); his children, Douglas Otto (Lori) of Salisbury, PA and Deborah Barron of Friedens, PA; his stepson Scott Holsopple (Missy) of Windber; his grandchildren, Chris Otto (Chrissy), Lindsay Horst (Jeff) and Brent Barron; his great grandchildren, Lillian and Brooke; and his former wife Dixie Otto.
