He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Ray and Amelia Brenneman (Schrock); his grandson Brian Maust; and his siblings, William "Bud", Samuel, Carl, Alvin, Ernest Brenneman, Jr., Leona Beitzel, Rhoda Miller, Ruth Headings, Alice Brenneman, Arlene Zook, Olive Puffinburg, Miriam Brenneman and Lois Brenneman.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia May Brenneman (Miller); his children, Richard Brenneman (Regina), Robert Brenneman (Bonnie) of York, SC, Dale Brenneman (Shawnie), Bradley Brenneman (Stephanie), Glenda Maust (Art), Alice Bender (Bob), Julia Bender (Douglas), Marla Mast (Wayne) of Grantsville, MD, Angela Griffith (Charles) and Faith Miller (Kevin) of Chambersburg, PA; and his brother Elmer Brenneman of Eureka, MT. He is also survived by 42 grandchildren; 63 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
