She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas G. Petrella; and her parents, John Caruso and Margaret Caruso (LaPorta). She is survived by: her daughters, Margaret Fattizzo (David), Judith Rodden (James) and Donna Hays (Daniel); and her grandchildren, Nathaniel Hays (Nayive), Meredith Hays, Graham Hays, Nicholas Fattizzo and Anna Fattizzo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Theresa's memory to the Gift of Life Donor Program, 401 N. 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123.
