He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Ruby. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Kathleen Lasher (Brian) and Charles (Elizabeth); his stepchildren, Deborah Barrow (Kevin) and William Preston (Susan); and his sisters, Bonnie, Shirley and Wanda. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
In keeping with Steve's wishes, and due to covid restrictions, no formal service will be held at this time.
