He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. "Herk" and Gladys Smith (Missouri); and his grandson Ronald H. III. He is survived by: his wife Ruth E. Smith (Sellman); his sons, Ronald H. Smith, II of Greensburg and Chad H. Smith (Laura) of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Breana, Sage and Ezra Smith; his great grandchild Tristan Yafchak; and his sisters, Sandy Kucsmas of Tuscon, AZ and Vicki Estok of Tuscon, AZ. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
