He was predeceased by: his parents, George Blase and Lillian Blase (Koons); and his brothers, Timothy and James Blase. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Blase (Willett); his son Ryan Blase (Kahla) of Catasauqua; his siblings, Rose Blase of Hatboro, Elizabeth Nelson (Fred) of Springfield, VA, Barbara "Bee" Preston (Charles) of Springfield Twp, Georgine "Jinx" Mills of Davisburg, MI and Joe Blase (Barbara) of Warminster; and his granddaughter Lilliana Blase. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
