He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozzie Osborne and Kitty Osborne; his grandmother Gump; and his great grandchild Rosalie Jane. He is survived by: his wife Diane Osborne (Fellows); his sons, Ricky L Osborne II (Rachael) and Daniel Osborne; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Kayla, Dayna and Daniel Osborne Jr.; his great grandchild Johanna Osborne; and his sisters, Sharon Bainbridge (Alan), Linda Smith (Dwight) and Shelia Medved. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
