He is survived by: his wife Nancy Levy (Shelly); his nieces and nephews, Jo Anne Leidy, Melissa K. Molnar, Nelson, Ray, Douglas, Galen (Pam), Darwin Gerhart (Evelyn), Steven T. Mann (Deb) and Dave Mann (Mary Anne); and his sister-in-law Sara Jane Mann.
