He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph McNelis and Helen McNelis (Rodgers); his wife Winnie; his brother James McNelis; his brother-in-law Albert Romano; his sister Mary Romano; and his children, Joseph A McNelis (Bernadette), John P McNelis (Iman), James C. McNelis, Winnie Doyle (Paul) and Mary Dorman (Keith). He was also cherished by many grandchildren, great grandchildren.
