He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anne; and his children, Anne Boughman, Roseanne Ashenfelder (John), Joseph M. Eckert, George Eckert (Diane), John Eckert and Marykay Eckert. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
