He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Fitzgerald Wills; his parents, Mary Wills and Clement Wills; his brother William Wills (Barbara); and his brother-in-law Walter Lance.

He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Lance and James Wills (Phyllis); and his sister-in-law Irene Fitzgerald (Dennis Harkins). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society care of St. Theresa of Calcutta Parish 809 Park Ave., Collingswood, NJ 08108.
