He was predeceased by: his wife Mary B. Clifford; his brother-in-law Hugh McGee; and his parents, Joseph A. Clifford, and Elizabeth Clifford, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Susan E. McAnally, III (Frank), Joseph A. Clifford, III (Kimberley) and Kevin P. Clifford (Sarah); his grandchildren, Francis, IV, Nicholas McAnally, Molly, Joseph A. IV, Kasey, Allie, Daniel, Owen and Benjamin Clifford; his siblings, Constance Grazel (late Raymond), Rosemary Gormley (William), Raymond (Gaye) and Thomas Clifford (MaryAnn); and his sister-in-law Patricia McGee.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Holy Cross Church (651 E Springfield Rd, Springfield, PA 19064). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
