It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanna Capertino (Springfield, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 20, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Silvio; her daughter Lisa Ann Hernan; and her brother Anthony Iacovone. She is survived by: her granddaughters, Samantha and Julia Hernan; her son-in-law Michael Hernan; her sister Judy DeRose (Dennis); and her close friend Joseph Connor. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made in Joanna's Memory to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, 28 West 44th Street, Suite 609, New York, NY 10036.
