It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeff Jay (Springfield, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 29, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jay and Ann Jay (Walsh). He is survived by: his spouse Annemarie (Baroni); his children, Christine (Michael Crist), Jeff, Bud and Charlotte Baroni; and his mother-in-law Madeline Baroni. He is also survived by cousins, and many long-time friends.
