With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Atkinson of Springfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 30, 2022 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Mercer and Margaret Mercer; and her former husband Raymond T. Clifton. She is survived by: her husband James F. Atkinson; and her children, Janice Mann (Godfrey Mann), Geoffrey Clifton (Carole DeJure), Jean Hills (Peter Hills), John Clifton (Dana Williams), Raymond Clifton (Jessica Clifton), Julie Sealy (Gerard Sealy) and Russell Atkinson (Barbara Felton). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
