He is survived by: his mother Gertrude; his wife Jeannette; his children, Francis Ernest M. D., Ernest Lancelot (Gary) and Madeline Claire; and his siblings, Anne V. Rosato M. D., Gertrude M. Rosato (James Simpson), Frances E. Rosato, Jr. and Aimée Ainslie (Jeffrey).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dr. Ernest Rosato may be made in support of the Department of Surgery Research & Education Fund or the Glioblastoma Research Fund at Thomas Jefferson University.
