She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert DeMaio and Emma DeMaio. She is survived by: her husband Michael Ray Collins; and her siblings, Bob DeMaio (Anne), Vickie Richards (Bob) and Terrie Gannon (Jerry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
