He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Wagle Devlin; his children, Lori (Todd Cavanaugh) of Harmar and William "Bill" (Tiante Evans Devlin); his siblings, Michael Devlin (Jean) of Glen Allen, James Devlin (Susan) of Harmar and Mary Eileen Miller (Robert) of Springdale; his grandchildren, Justin Devlin (Paige), Dr. Kasey Devlin, Logan Devlin, Sean Cavanaugh and Megan Cavanaugh Garred (Devlin); and his great grandchild Rowan Devlin.
