He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Smith, and Grace Smith, Sr. (Watson); and his wife Mary C. Smith (Carr). He is survived by: his children, Theodore A. Smith III, Mary Round (David), Donna L. Porter (late Robert) and Pamela Penn (Tim); and his siblings, Estelle Jenkins and Jack Smith. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
