She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Chase (Jim) of Cheswick and Melissa Sirota (Chris); her grandchildren, Mila, Kiersten, Zachary and Alexis; and her siblings, Dale Couch (Elaine) of California and Sheree Funkhouser (Mark) of Springdale.
