She was predeceased by: her father John Sevcik; her husband Charles "Kala" Knurek; her daughter Sharla Hatfield; and her sister Anna Marie Borbeck. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Kostewicz (Dave) of Springdale and Sharon Hair (James Morton) of New Kensington; her sister Helen Spadaro of Lower Burrell; her grandchildren, Mathew, Kayleen, Austin and Marissa; and her son-in-law Mike Hatfield.
