With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michelle Lewis (Springdale, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 24, 2018 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Gatti and Patricia Reilly Delli Gatti; and her brother Ronald DelliGatti. She is survived by: her husband David Lewis; her daughter Rachel; her grandson Kayden; and her siblings, Deborah Vaupel (Dave) of Pittsburgh, Tina Zalewski of Cannonsburg and Edward Delli Gatti (Darlene) of Freeport.
In lieu of flowers, her family has asked to send contributions in her name to The VNA of Butler 154 Hindman St. Butler 16001.
