She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Gatti and Patricia Reilly Delli Gatti; and her brother Ronald Delli Gatti. She is survived by: her husband David Lewis; her children, Jacob, Kyle and Rachel; her grandson Kayden; and her siblings, Deborah Vaupel (Dave) of Pittsburgh, Tina Zalewski of Canonsburg and Edward Delli Gatti (Darlene) of Freeport.
In lieu of flowers, her family has asked for contributions to be sent in her name to The VNA of Butler, 154 Hindman St., Butler PA 16001.
