She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Nemcik and Mary Rusnak Nemcik; her husband George M. Pivik; her brothers, Michael and Andrew Nemcik; and her stepmother Irma Nemcik.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Pivik Bowser (Gary) of Cheswick, David Pivik (Kerri) of Washington Pa, Dennis Pivik of O'Hara Township and George A. Pivik (Chip) of New York City; and her grandchildren, Matthew Bowser (Alix), David and Alysa Pivik.
