She was predeceased by: her father Nicholas Pinchok; her son David; and her brothers, Nicholas and Michael. She is survived by: her husband Thomas J.; her sons, Thomas Jr. (Karen), Leonard and Daniel (Michele); her grandchildren, Courtney (Jon), Kayla (Guy), Dominick, Elizabeth (Dylan), Ryan, Matthew, Nathaniel, Taylor and Liam; her great grandchild Liam; and her brothers, Robert (Phyllis) and Ronald (Deborah).
