Shumek; her child Edward Toth Jr. of Springdale; her siblings, George Shumek (Sue) of Robinson Township and Nancy Miller of Las Vegas; her niece Shannon Miller Vinson; and her nephews, George Shumek Jr. (Paula), Andrew Shumek (Julie) and Nicholas Shumek.
