She was predeceased by: her brother Jason Adamsky. She is survived by: her parents, Louis M. Adamsky and Dolores M. Adamsky (Puskarich) of Russellton; her son Joseph J. Large (Christine) of East Deer; and her brothers, Jeremy M. Adamsky (Amy) of Russellton and Donald Adamsky (Kathryn). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to the funeral home to help with the funeral expenses.
