He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Kalinosky and Mary Kalinosky. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Kalinosky; his children, Gary Kalinosky (Laura) of Monroeville and Lori Kuba (John) of Cheswick; his grandchildren, Derek Kalinosky, Allison Liotta (Shawn) and Amanda Kuba (Robert Murray); and his great grandchild Lily Liotta. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
