She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore J. Pawlak; her parents, Alexander Sanford and Grace Bash (Leir); and her siblings, Judith Fantuzzo (Robert), Sandra Cunningham (Harold) and Sanford Bash.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeremy Pawlak and Joshua Pawlak (Nicole Radovitch); her sisters, Joyce Bash and Deborah Bash; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Pawlak Jr. of Joshua Pawlak, JR., Jaxon Pawlak and Jaylinn Radovitch. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
