He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Reith (Ivory); and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his father William Reith; his wife Lucy Reith (Malek); and his children, Eric Reith (Sam) and Leah Reith (Chad). He is also survived by his wife and children.
