He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Ortiz (Scott); his children, Jenise Borrasso (Steven Starr), Severiano Ortiz (Andrew Gilbert) and Christina Bates (Christopher); and his siblings, Gregory Salas and Anita Navarrette (Virgil). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions in Anthony's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
