With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna L. Powell (Springboro, Pennsylvania), born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 31, 2020 at the age of 72. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Lavina Smith (Maier); and her siblings, Helen Marks, George "Dusty" Smith and Robert Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Powell; her grandchildren, Meagan Powell of Meadville and Morgan Powell of Meadville; and her siblings, LuAnn Smith and Warren Smith of Guys Mills. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
