He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Mary Ann Garety Brown; his spouse Rebecca J. Dean; his father Donald; his stepmother Bonnie of Centre Hall; his daughters, Kimberly D. Wagner of Centre Hall, Deborah K. Auman of Centre Hall and Tina M. Vancas (Kristopher) of Pleasant Gap; his grandchildren, Austin Auman, Alexis Franks, Ashley Wagner and Peyton Vancas; his great grandchildren, Briar Auman and Zailey Marderness; his sister Sharon Witmer (Mark) of Bellefonte; his stepsiblings, Wayne Shawver (Judy) of Aaronsburg, Lloyd Shawver of Spring Mills and Deborah Moyer (Mike) of Port Matilda; his son Phillip A. Auman; and his brother Douglas Brown.
