Johnson (Eric) of Bellwood, PA, Brandon A. Kotulka (Robin) of Seattle, WA and Karli K. Foster (Chris) of San Pedro, CA; his siblings, Robert S. Kotulka of North Wales and Donna Gerhart of Quakertown; and his grandchildren, Elliott, Henry, Carter, Quinn, Lela, Alex, Rory and Vayda.
