He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. Crater and Winifred L. Crater (Sheats); and his brother Barry Richard Crater. He is survived by: his children, Jed Spicer (Brittany Walters) of Bellefonte, LeeAnn McKeon (Patrick) of Ann Arbor, MI and Richard Grieb of Harper Woods, MI; his grandchildren, Donovan McKeon and Atris Grieb; his stepgrandson Kyle Schultz (Crystal) of Ann Arbor, MI; and also, Stella and Arthur.
