He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Homan and Mazie "Detwiler" Homan; his wife Sarah Jane Harris; his sister Mary Homan Sennholz; his half-siblings, Emma Homan Harris, Clair Hutchison and Randall Detweiler; and also Josephine Stover.
He is survived by: his son Sherrill "Bud" Harris (JoAnn) of Spring Mills; his granddaughters, Sherrie A. Petey (Mark) of Aliquippa and Amy J. Geisinger (Gary) of Pulaski; his great grandchildren, Zachary and Brianna Petey; his niece Candace Russell Adkison; and his nephew Robert Sennholz (Lyn).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be given to St. John's Lutheran Church,.
