She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph W. Rider and Lena V. "Herlocher" Rider; her husband Melvin Tice; her daughters, Kathy L. Slyder, Betty A. Tice, Nancy J. Tice, Wanda M. Tice and Debra K. Tice; her children-in-law, Hulda Tice and Ralph Slyder; her siblings, Jenny T. Wolfe and Robert W. Rider; and her brother-in-law Franklin Wolfe.
She is survived by: her children, Lori A. Shughart (Nevin) of Dillsburg and Donald E. Tice, Sr. of Spring Mills; her siblings, Betty J. Bailey (Roger) of Centre Hall and David R. Rider (Reanie) of Spring Mills; and her grandchildren, Donald E. Tice, Jr. (Stephanie), Christal D. Simons and Matthew S. Shughart. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
