He is survived by: his son Clifford Rupert (Suzanne) of State College; and his siblings, Thomas Rupert (Kathy) of Middlebury, VT, Roy Rupert (Bobbie) of Coburn, Gary Rupert (Denise) of Rebersburg, Eileen Rupert (Pete) of Marshall, NC and Carol Masullo (Patrick) of Bellefonte. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
