She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Witherite. She is survived by: her parent Isabel Witherite (Breon); her spouse Justin Shook; her son Douglas Shook of Pleasant Gap; her grandson Brian (Jenny) of State College; her siblings, Raymond Witherite of Lockport, N. Y and Florence Zubler; and her grandson Chris Shook.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to State College Congregation of the Jehovah's Witnesses, 101 Villandry Blvd., State College, PA 16801.
