Tice, Sr.; her children, Christal Simons of Spring Mills and Donald E. Tice, Jr. (Stephanie) of Julian; her siblings, Brenda Estep (Dennis), Vicky Lantz (Tracy) and Robert Banks (Pat); and her grandchildren, Emily Hartman, Martina Hartman, Trevor Tice, Christopher Simons, Jr. and Hunter Simons.
