It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary L. Manning of Spring Mills, Pennsylvania, born in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 28, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Merle Manning; and his son Dustin Manning. He is survived by: his mother Anita Manning; his wife Cindy; his son Shanon Manning (Christina); his grandchildren, Addyson, Ragan, Reese and Kaiden; and his siblings, Thomas Manning (Jeanie) and Bonnie Conrad. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.
