It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin D Strouse of Spring Mills, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Strouse and Mildred Strouse (Bletz). He is survived by: his wife Edna V. Caygill Mandel; his children, Stephen Strouse (Tammy) of Madisonburg, Michelle Stem (Terry) of Bellefonte, Kim Korbich (Kennan) of Reedsville and Kelly Rinaldi (Jim Berrier) of Arch Rock; his stepchildren, Andrew Mandel of Clearfield, Harry Mandel (Andrea), Lynne Mandel of Pittsburgh and Teri Hinckley (John); his grandchildren, Ethan Strouse (Kyla), Nicolas Strouse (Trisha Farabaugh), Derik Strouse, Jacob Stem (Bridget) and Isaac Stem; his stepgrandchildren, A. J. (Makayla), Syrus, Zoah Mandel, Hayes, Hudson Mandel and Grace Hinckley; and his siblings, Ruby Long of Centre Hall, John Strouse (Florence) of State College, Samuel Strouse of Bellefonte and Rick Strouse (Becky) of Spring Mills. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
