She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Ray Smith and Bessie "McClellan" Smith; her husband William L. "Monk" Leitch; and her siblings, Bernadine Homan, Ann McCool, Gene Smith and Nancy Stover.
She is survived by: her children, Rosa Sweeley (Rick), Vicky Miller (Kevin) and Edward Leitch (Jill); her brother Joseph Smith; her grandchildren, Dustin, Nichole (Tyler), Douglas (Courtney) and Alicia (Dillon); and her great grandchildren, Kayla, Eleni, Mason and Coleton.
