She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Miller Shawley and Lillian Loraine Shawley (Lambert); and her siblings, Paula Davis, Connie Lehman and Robert Shawley.
She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" A. Chamberlin; her daughters, Theresa M. Featherman (John) of Centre Hall and Tanya K. Cooper (Alvin) of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Kayla Wetzel (George), Austin Wetzel, Alyssa Cooper, Derek Cooper, Evin Cooper, Olivia Cooper and Ava Cooper; her great grandchildren, Adriana Emel and George Thomas IV; and her siblings, Sandra Rockey (William) of Spring Mills and Donald Shawley (Donna) of Millheim.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Cynthia's memory to the Central PA Humane Society at 1837 East Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602 or the Shriners Hospital for Children at 1645 W. 8th Street, Erie, PA 16505.
