It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte J. Horner of Spring Mills, Pennsylvania, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Smith and Pauline B. "Hamilton" Smith; and her sisters, Barbara and Fanny Smith. She is survived by: her husband Barry C. Horner; her children, Frances, Christine, Loretta, Brad and Dennis Stamm; her siblings, Al Smith and Carol Mark; and her grandchildren, Haden, Elli, Jude Michael, Braden, Elias, Chenoah, Mariah and Tia.
