He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Stover and Lois M. "Johnson" Stover. He is survived by: his wife Cindy L. Wolfe; his children, Lindsay Stover (Jacob Everly) of West Grove and Charles W. "Bub" Stover II (Elizabeth) of Spring Mills; his brother Roger A. Stover (Jennifer) of Colyer; and his granddaughters, Kendra R. Stover and Charlotte L. Stover.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Steven R. Neff Funeral Home (120 W Main St, Millheim, PA 16854-0437). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM and at 11:35 AM at the same location.
