With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Aleta Kay Shade of Spring Mills, Pennsylvania, born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 11, 2023 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Aleta Kay Shade to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert G. Glasgow and Marian "McClellan" Glasgow; her husband Michael T. Shade; her son Bradley Myers; and her sister Glenda Glasgow.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Myers, Denise Stroup (Keith), Michelle Stitzer (Todd), Scott Myers (Debra) and Michael Laird (Keri). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
